What is Flow State?

What is Flow?
Flow, some athletes call this "the zone", in which one will have a complete immersion to the task at hand, especially in an activity which involves creative abilities. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one. Flow state experiences can occur in different ways for different people, sports athletes, fitness enthusiasts, painters, writers, etc.
